Who can see my gift?
Only people with your private link can access it. You can also add password protection for an extra layer of privacy.
Do recipients need an account?
No. Recipients access the gift through your private link — no account, no app download needed.
Can I preview before paying?
Yes. You can build your entire gift and preview it before choosing a plan or making any payment.
What is the difference between plans?
Basic covers messages, photos, private link and QR code. Premium adds music, video, password protection, scheduled delivery and premium templates. Lifetime is a one-time purchase for long-term preservation.
Can I schedule a gift for a specific time?
Yes — with Premium or Lifetime plans, you can set a date and time for the gift to become accessible. It won't be visible until then.
Is my payment secure?
All payments are processed by Stripe, a globally trusted payment provider. We never store your card information.
Can I edit a gift after publishing?
Drafts can be edited freely. After publishing, editing capabilities may vary. You can manage your gifts from your dashboard.
What happens to my gift over time?
Basic and Premium gifts are stored for a meaningful period. Lifetime Keepsake gifts are preserved for the long term.
